About “CVC” on the credit card
CVC is a 3- or 4-digits number located at the back or front of a credit card. The number of digits is different depending on the credit card company.

Important reminder
- A notification email, which informs you of the acceptance of your participation in an event, will be sent to you from Runtrip after the completion of the credit card payment.
- Our website is run by the Runtrip Co., Ltd. The statement at the time of billing states “Komoju”, a payment system operated by our company.
Payment at a convenience store
Payment method
After the completion of your order, you will receive an email from our payment system, “Komoju”, with the subject “Payment to Runtrip”. In this email, how to make the payment at a convenience store is described. Please make the payment following the procedure.

Important reminder
- You cannot use this payment method if the event is going to take place within the next 3 days.
- Please note that you will be charged a fee of 185 yen when you make a payment at a convenience store.
- After your registration, a notification email, which informs you of the acceptance of your participation in an event, will be sent to you from Runtrip. However, your registration will be automatically canceled if you do not make the payment within 3 days after receiving the email. In addition, your pay slip or receipt number will be invalid three days after receiving the email.
Payment by cash on the day of the event
Payment method
Please make the payment at the reception. However, some events do not accept cash. You can check which events accept cash on the day of the event on the event page.
